The copyright in all works supplied by Canvas Planet will remain with Canvas Planet or the relevant artist or photographer.
By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or license in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CANVAS PLANET BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT ISSUES ARISING AS A RESULT OF YOU SUPPLYING US WITH ANY IMAGE OR ARTWORK IN BREACH OF COPYRIGHT.

Right to refuse
Canvas Planet hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Prices
Canvas Planet prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Online payments are made through Paypal, a secure online payment facility that allows you to purchase items using a Credit or Debit Card.

Canvas Planet cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

The completed work
Canvas Planet will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will Canvas Planet be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchasers’ computer equipment. Our discretion is final. Purchasers who are unsure of any colour match should request a colour match card to be sent prior to ordering. Canvas Planet add lamination to all canvas prints ensuring long lasting prints with no cracking. Canvas Planet is not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media.

Supplied Artwork
Canvas Planet cannot warranty the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by you.Customers must supply their images at 300dpi resolution for good quality or 72dpi resolution at their wanted printed size for reasonable printed quality. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. Canvas Planet can work on substandard images or photos only if asked by you. Canvas Planet will print works exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested. If you need and want the closer colour matching you must supply us the sample of the same medium to bring as closer to your requirement .WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE ANY COLOUR MATCHING SAMPLE OF THE SAME MEDIUM OR IN 2ND CASE ANY PHOTO OF YOUR ART WORK OR IMAGE SENT BY YOU, without providing we will just be matching colours in dark. For further information on how to send a file before paying online. Please contact us AS PAYMENT IS NOT REFUDABLE ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. We will refund your money as a voucher to the value of your order for your future order.

Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. Canvas Planet do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Canvas Planet not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Canvas Planet will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage
Canvas Planet shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Refunds and Returns

Availability
Canvas Planet have most advertised materials in stock at all times. We reserve the right to substitute materials for an equal or better one if the need arises.

Guarantee
This guarantee entitles you to a replacement product should it display a fault. Please note that the Canvas Planet guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear or the work being subjected to anything unusual. All works must be kept in a dry cool ventilated place away from direct sunlight, direct contact with water/varnish/polish, extreme temperatures and extreme environments. Please note: routine cleaning/dusting must be done with dry cloth or duster.
